Home / Move your site
Move your WordPress site, without the stress.
We copy it, test it, then switch, and your email keeps working.
How the move works
- Files and database copied
- Tested on a temporary address
- Same page addresses kept
- DNS switched when you are happy
- Email records left untouched
Included help
On WP Business we move your sites for you. On WP Start and WP Managed you move the site yourself with a migration plugin, following our step-by-step guide.
Questions
Will my site go offline?
No. The old site keeps running until the new one is tested and the domain is switched.
Will my email stop working?
Not if the mail records stay as they are. We only change what points to the website.
Do I keep my rankings?
Keeping the same page addresses means links and search results keep working.
